From the hills of home to the streets of London, the music video for Don’t Come Any Closer showcases the desire to be non-conformist and true to oneself. Shot and edited by Giorgia Perini, the video also features clips from the band’s recent European tour in support of The Darkness.
Speaking of the video, the band says:
“We had the best time shooting this video, going around London with our purple jumpsuits and LED glasses. This video is a tribute to Beastie Boys!”
SIN+ is an alternative rock band, led by the Broggini brothers, Gabriel (Vocals) and Ivan (Guitars), from the Italian part of Switzerland.
The duo have been making music together since they were young children, trading kindergarten for rehearsal rooms and building what would eventually become a personal sound that exudes their own blend of alternative rock, post punk and new wave.
From their messy and noisy garage, they soon began playing as many gigs as possible, from tiny bars to main (big) festivals. Earning an MTV Europe Award for Best Swiss Act, 2 gold discs, and the honour of representing their country at Eurovison, was just the beginning.
Dirty riffs, catchy melodies, and a revitalising sense of fun are what characterise SIN+ and their sound, with authenticity and providing good vibes being at the top of their priorities. Equality and inclusivity are at the core of Ivan and Gabriel message, and their sound aims to empower listeners to embrace their true selves and be a catalyst for positive change.
Armed with their life experiences, a fierce sense of determination, and a raucous reputation as a revered live band, this new era for the Broggini Brothers looks set to be their most exciting to date.
