Magazines

Our magazines are printed and delivered on or before the publish date advertised. On occasion, due to reasons out of our control, this can be delayed. If this happens we will do everything we can to get the magazine to you as soon as possible. We use a mailing house to sort and deliver our initial first run of orders and fulfil the remainder ourselves.

For back orders, these are kept in stock and delivered as and when purchased.

In all cases, please allow between 2 to 5 working days before chasing your delivery. After this time we can investigate and send a replacement copy if necessary. For international orders, please allow between 10-14 working days.

 

Merchandise

All ERB Merchandise is currently printed to order using a third party garment printing partner. This is to ensure that we don’t waste money on ordering more stock than we need and it also means no storage worries. Turn around times for most items is between 5 to 10 working days but is often quicker for things like T-shirts and Mugs.
