Doomsday Outlaw released their latest single Break You via Republic of Music on 23rd April 2024.
The track is a thunderous high-octane ‘rock n blues’ masterclass and is the perfect track to put on your summer playlist.
Speaking of the track and the video, Indy says: “Break You is a great track to kick this off. Wanting to spread our wings and channelling the backbeat of old-school Aerosmith through some pure Stevie Wonder vibes. It’s still our trademark tales of self-inflicted hurt and sorrow though. And the video takes it to the next level. Swinging sixties with Alfie on one side and Cathy Come Home on the other. It’s Chapter One of an odyssey following one man’s journey through bad decisions, worse consequences, and out the other side … to something better? We’ll find out over the course of the videos. Don’t hold your breath though!”
Phil said: Break You looks at the decisions we make in life when we lie to ourselves. Things aren’t right, but you wish with all your heart that they were – so you go all in, in the hope that it forces things to be perfect or else. But it’s usually the ‘or else’ that comes back to bite you.
