RISE
14th November 2025
British hard rock newcomers Fireheart are bursting onto the scene with their debut EP RISE, out 14th November. RISE is a five-track statement of intent that captures the band’s grit, honesty, and passion for larger-than-life rock music. Formed in late 2024, they bring serious heart to this EP.
From the opening moments of the first track Wild Hearts, Fireheart plant their flag firmly in the territory of modern hard rock revivalists. With slick, Mötley Crüe-style riffs, powerhouse drumming, and a chorus built to shake arenas, it’s an adrenaline-fuelled tribute to the nights that make you feel alive. It’s a celebration of freedom, fire, and connection. This track is the perfect way to introduce a band who live and breathe energy.
As RISE moves into its second track I Don’t Need A Best Friend, the EP pivots into more introspective territory without losing momentum. Grimmett’s vocals soar with raw conviction as he delivers a tale of self-empowerment and letting go, proving the band’s ability to marry heartfelt lyrics with punchy, memorable hooks. Good Is Good Enough stands out as the emotional centrepiece of RISE. Built on a message of self-acceptance, the song swells from vulnerable beginnings into a cinematic rock anthem. Baker’s guitars shimmer with depth and drama, while Grimmett’s vocal delivery feels both intimate and defiant. “Just being good is good enough” isn’t just a lyric, but instead a mantra that captures Fireheart’s entire ethos of resilience and self-belief.

The energy ramps back up on An Hour To Forget, a road trip ready track tailor-made for open highways and chasing a sunset. Driven drums, singalong choruses, and a surging sense of release make it an anthem. The closing track I’m Not Dreaming wraps the EP in a blaze of catharsis. With a Foo Fighters-style intro that gives way to ‘80s-flavoured harmonies and stabby guitars, it’s a soaring finale that fuses nostalgia with modern fire. The message is clear: live your truth.
At its core, RISE is more than just a debut from Fireheart, it’s a mission statement. Born from struggle, personal battles, and the desire to create something uplifting, Fireheart have delivered a record that resonates with honesty and passion, proving British hard rock is alive, loud, and ready to inspire a new generation.
Whether you catch them live or blast these songs through your speakers, one thing’s for sure, it’s time to rise.
