Watch the video exclusively below.

Speaking of the track, the band says:

“It’s a song that hits hard, resonating with anyone who has experienced the rollercoaster of love and loss. We’re excited for the listeners to feel the same connection and energy we poured into creating this track.

“Being one of the first tracks born in the new album process. We poured our hearts into every second, and we’re thrilled to share it with everyone finally.

Lovesick tackles the relatable theme of feeling like we’re constantly falling short compared to others. It’s about the unspoken pressure to measure up and the constant battle of trying to live up to someone else’s perceived ideal.

“The song explores the vulnerability of comparing ourselves to those who seem to effortlessly navigate life, and the toll it takes on our self-esteem.”

The Alchemy are a thrilling new British rock band, crafting catchy and anthemic songs from a subconscious blend of the rock, indie and electronic musical landscape they grew up in.

The bands debut E.P Modern Age (2016) saw praise from Kerrang! & the legendary Scuzz TV which led to the The Alchemy gaining more than 250,000 streams.

The success of the bands first E.P continued as the band went on to release their debut album Chemical Daydream (2019) through Standby Records.

In 2020 the band took to building a studio to record their next album Idle Ghosts (2022) which saw further success via Spotify playlists. Each single from the album was supported by BBC Introducing.

The band are set to release their third album in 2023 with marketing funded by Help Musicians.
